＇How to use

1. Before use, shake sufficiently to ensure that the separated water layer and oil layer are well mixed.
2. Press the safety cap and turn it to open.
3. Wet an appropriate amount on a cotton pad.
4. Press a wet cotton pad around the eyes and mouth for 5 to 10 seconds to dissolve the makeup.
5. Gently wipe to cleanse any remaining makeup and impurities.
